Red-White is a joint venture of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Toyo Valve Co., Ltd., of Japan. Mitsui is one of the world's largest trading firms. Toyo Valve manufactures the valves for Red-White. They are one of the biggest valve manufacturers in Japan and are well known for their high quality bronze valve line.
